Francien Begass Founding Partner Risk & regulatory leader with a track record in large scale transformation, delivery of major regulatory programmes, portfolio management and AI enabled change, backed by board level credibility and trusted European regulatory relationships. Holds a board position at an AI portfolio management firm. 
Anand Autar Founding Partner International banking and risk leader with deep experience in financial risk, capital markets and analytics. Brings commercial judgement and analytical insight to help financial institutions navigate complexity and make informed strategic decisions. 
Adnan Basaran Founding Partner Trusted advisor to boards of regulated financial institutions across Europe and the GCC, with a track record of shaping leadership continuity and succession at the most senior level. Founder of MetisBrown, which he has built and led for 17 years.
